Summer's in town! If you're still binging on ice cream on the couch, no fuss! Here's a last minute remedy to get your beach booty back in no time!

Kickass Bridge x 20 reps

  1. Lie on your back, arms at your side
  2. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling
  3. Hold the pose for 5 breaths then go back to your starting position

Single Leg Glute Bridge x 20 reps/side

  1. Get into bridge
  2. Kick one leg out when you reach the top
  3. Hold the pose for 2 breaths and return to starting position

High Kick Leg Lift x 20 reps/side

  1. Begin in a table top position
  2. Keep your core tight and back flat
  3. Kick your leg as high as you can, keeping it parallel to the floor

Bicycle Crunches x 20 reps

  1. Lie on the floor and place your hands behind your head
  2. Raise your leg and touch your right elbow to your left knee
  3. Now touch your left elbow to your right knee and repeat
