Step #1 Pick good quality fabric. A common cause of camel toes is from bad quality fabric. Overtime fabric can loosen and can begin to slide up into areas of the crotch that you wouldn't want, thus forming a camel toe. Not only does the fabric become ore see-through but the stretch can also weaken over time. Next time you are shopping also keep an eye out for fabrics with built in crotch liners or strong durability to prevent future camel toes.

Step #2 Insert liners. If you are really prone to camel toes another unique way to stop this from happening, is to put a panty liner in. Instead of placing it the vertical way, lay it across horizontally and safely secure it in place. This gives extra layers of fabric and reduces the changes of a camel toe occurring. There are also specific products from the brand Cuchini that creates camel toe inserts to help relieve camel toes.

Step #3 Sizing. Most camel toes are a result of improper fit. Always make sure that you have the right size before you buy something. If it's too tight near the crotch area there is a higher chance of a camel toe forming so make sure to test it out. Keep the labels on if you aren't too sure and wear it to a work-out class. Wider waist bands are also a key way to release tight fabric in that region.
