FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER USD130

Miss Runner ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Algeria and Tunisia.


Packages will ship for FREE using Standard Shipping service (as detailed below) for international orders totaling US$130.00 or more. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Miss Runner, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Each shipment comes with a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on delivery status at all time. Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. Logistic don't work on weekends. If you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact our Customer Care team

You can arrange a pick up by Yamato Logistic Services or drop off at 270 selected Circle K convenience store all for FREE! Paypal will cover up to 20 USD of shipping cost including any pick up or drop off fee. Isn't this great? Activate this service here.


UK & International Customers: 

Paypal covers up to 20 USD of shipping cost with your local carriers including any pick up or drop off fee.  Activate this service here. 


You will be responsible for any extra shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges.

EXCHANGE

Note that we only accept returns within 14 days of purchase(i.e. the date listed on your receipt). Sale items are not applicable for return, exchange or refund.Exchanges are not applicable to items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags and packaging must be attached.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. After everything is checked and all good, we will ship out your desire exchange items within the next 1-3 business days.

REFUND

LATE OR mISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@missrunner.com
